Privacy Policy:
Credit card details are encrypted and are not stored in a database of any form.
Payment Method:
Payment can be made by credit card (all accepted). Register early as places are limited.
Registration:
Sports Medicine Australia SA Branch requires all course participants be registered and paid prior to the starting date of the course. A confirmation of your registration (tax invoice) will be issued on receipt of your payment.
Cancellations & Refunds Courses:
Full payment will be refunded with notification of cancellation at least 14 days prior to the event and on return of course materials in new condition. Failure to return course materials in new condition will incur a fee of $100.00. Between 7 and 14 days notification of cancellation 90% of the payment will be refunded on return of course materials in new condition. Failure to return course materials in new condition will incur a fee of $100.00. Under no circumstances will payments be refunded after this time however, registrations are transferable to another person or other Sports Medicine Australia SA Branch events. In the instance of unforeseen circumstances, Sports Medicine Australia SA Branch reserves the right to cancel an event. Full refunds will be issued if this is the case.
Cancellations & Refunds Conferences:
With notification of cancellation at least 7 days prior to the conference 80% of the payment will be refunded (20% administration fee applies). Under no circumstances will payments be refunded after this time however, registrations are transferable to another person. In the instance of unforeseen circumstances, Sports Medicine Australia SA Branch reserves the right to cancel an event. Full refunds will be issued if this is the case.
Venue:
In the instance of unforeseen circumstances, Sports Medicine Australia SA Branch reserves the right to transfer to another venue. Registrants will be informed in advance of the change of venue. No monetary compensation will be issued.
