Payment in Australian Dollars can be made by credit card. Register early as places are limited.
Sports Medicine Australia SA Branch requires all course participants be registered and paid 14 days prior to the starting date of the course. A confirmation of your registration (tax invoice) will be issued on receipt of your payment.
Cancellations & Refunds Courses:
Full payment will be refunded with notification of cancellation more than 14 days prior to the event less an administration fee of $30.00 plus additional fee if course materials already provided.
Between 8 and 14 days notification of cancellation 30% of the payment will be refunded plus $30 administration fee.
Under no circumstances will payments be refunded after this time however, registrations are transferable to another person or other Sports Medicine Australia SA Branch events. In the instance of unforeseen circumstances, Sports Medicine Australia SA Branch reserves the right to cancel an event.
Full refunds will be issued if this is the case or the option to transfer to another SMA SA course.
In the instance of unforeseen circumstances, Sports Medicine Australia SA Branch reserves the right to transfer to another venue. Registrants will be informed in advance of the change of venue. No monetary compensation will be issued.
